I’VE ALREADY DONE THE DESIGN WORK WITH A DESIGNER/ARCHITECT FOR MY RENOVATION/CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. CAN I STILL WORK WITH AFL CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION?
Yes, we can also handle projects from external designers/architects. Our general contractor division will be happy to execute your project.
DO I NEED TO HIRE ALL THE TRADES (PLUMBERS, ELECTRICIANS, MASONRY, ETC.) FOR MY PROJECT?
No, we will take care of planning, managing, and supervising all the trades required for your project. You won’t need to worry about scheduling renovations or construction work.
DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR A BUILDING OR RENOVATION PERMIT WITH MY CITY?
We can easily take care of the application for you through a signed authorization. Permits often require time to process and can be complex. Our clients generally prefer that we handle the application for them. However, you are always welcome to handle it yourself if you prefer.
WHAT AREA DOES YOUR TEAM COVER FOR PROJECTS?
We serve Vaudreuil-Soulanges, the South Shore, and the West Island of Montreal. We may occasionally extend beyond these regions for larger projects. Please feel free to contact us with details about your project.

Yes, we have liability insurance of $2,000,000 and a $40,000 RBQ license bond.
