Conceptual Creation
and Budget
Presentation

Presentation of the initial realistic perspectives of the project, accompanied by a construction estimate prepared by the General Contractor division of AFL CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION. At any point during the project, this division validates and confirms the compliance and feasibility of the project.

Concept Adjustments
and Budget Revision

We always anticipate a period of adjustments based on your feedback on the project perspectives presentation. The construction budget will be adjusted accordingly to reflect any changes.

Construction Plans

Development of construction plans and technical drawings. These drawings are validated and accepted by our General Contractor division before being presented to our clients.

Site Follow-up

On-site visits and coordination throughout the project with our General Contractor division.
